These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Trimbakeshwar Yatra website and mobile application (the 'Platform'). By creating an account, browsing, or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we are

Trimbakeshwar Yatra is a marketplace that connects pilgrims with independent third-party providers — purohits, lodging owners, transport operators, parking operators and shopkeepers ('Providers'). We facilitate discovery, booking and payment; the service is delivered by the Provider, not by us.

2. Eligibility & account

  • You must be 18+ or use the Platform under a parent/guardian's supervision.
  • You sign in using your mobile number and a one-time code (OTP); keep your number and account secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Bookings & payments

  • Prices shown at booking may include applicable taxes and platform fees.
  • A booking is confirmed only after successful payment; you receive a confirmation and QR code.
  • Availability, capacity and timing are set by the Provider and may change.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the Provider and the type of service. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Some bookings may be non-refundable.

5. Provider responsibilities

  • Providers must be verified and hold any licences/qualifications required by law.
  • Providers are responsible for the quality, safety and lawful delivery of their services and listing accuracy.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt unauthorised access, probing or disruption of the service.
  • Do not submit false, unlawful, infringing or harmful content or reviews.
  • Do not impersonate others or interfere with another user's bookings.

7. Reviews

Reviews may be submitted only by users who have actually used a Provider's service, and must be honest and respectful. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trimbakeshwar Yatra is not liable for the acts, omissions or quality of Providers' services, or for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Nashik, Maharashtra.
